Key Responsibilities
Onboard new customers and conduct platform training
Provide ongoing support and guidance to users
Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address concerns
Gather customer feedback and advocate for product improvements
Create and maintain help documentation and resources
Conduct regular check-ins and success reviews
Requirements
2+ years customer success or account management experience
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with SaaS platforms preferred
Empathy and passion for helping others succeed
Background in mental health or wellness industry is a plus
