Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new customers and conduct platform training
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to users
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address concerns
- Gather customer feedback and advocate for product improvements
- Create and maintain help documentation and resources
- Conduct regular check-ins and success reviews
Requirements
- 2+ years customer success or account management experience
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with SaaS platforms preferred
- Empathy and passion for helping others succeed
- Background in mental health or wellness industry is a plus
