Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices and payment transactions accurately
- Manage subscription billing cycles and renewals
- Resolve billing inquiries from customers
- Maintain accurate financial records in our systems
- Assist with month-end billing reconciliation
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in billing or accounting
- Proficiency with billing software and spreadsheets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Experience with SaaS billing preferred
