Billing Manager
About the Role
Lead our billing operations as we scale to serve thousands of wellness professionals. You'll oversee all aspects of revenue recognition, subscription management, and financial reporting for our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes and team
- Ensure accurate revenue recognition and financial reporting
- Optimize billing workflows and automation
- Handle escalated billing issues and disputes
- Collaborate with Finance and Customer Success teams
- Implement billing policies and procedures
Requirements
- 5+ years billing or accounting experience, 2+ years managing teams
- Strong knowledge of SaaS billing and revenue recognition
- Experience with billing platforms (Stripe, Chargebee, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with strong leadership abilities
