Requirements
- 10+ years business development experience, 5+ years in leadership
- Proven success building and scaling BD teams
- Deep network in mental health or healthcare industry
- Track record closing multi-million dollar partnerships
- Strategic thinker with strong execution abilities
- Experience in SaaS or healthcare technology essential
