UX/UI Designer

Design beautiful, intuitive experiences for mental health professionals and their clients. Your work will make complex practice management simple and help wellness practitioners focus on healing.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research with therapists and wellness professionals
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Establish and maintain design systems and components
- Collaborate with developers on implementation
- Test designs and iterate based on user feedback
Requirements
- 3+ years UX/UI design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web application design
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or similar tools
- Understanding of accessibility and responsive design
- Experience designing for healthcare or complex workflows preferred
- Empathy for users and passion for creating intuitive experiences
